Since starting his career at Hilton in 2013, Jean Gomez has grown to be one of the property’s hardest-working, most dependable team members. He is relied on frequently to train new team members during their first few days of work, and he’s often the first to complete cyclical tasks. Jean has an excellent rapport with his coworkers and voluntarily completes calls for other housemen. He regularly steps in to assist coworkers with translations for them as well. Safety is a top priority for Jean. He’s known for reporting hazards to engineering and security, and regularly notifies management when there is an issue of concern with a guest. He does not look for praise, but management has recognized him over the years many times for several property-wide recognition programs. In his free time, Jean enjoys helping out at his teenage son’s school and with various activities with his church.
